Instead of seeing remote work as a hurdle while leading a globally distributed team, I embraced it as a chance to innovate and build something truly special within the Agile Program Management Office and Product Owner team.

My leadership narrative is deeply rooted in the critical work I accomplished at FRA, the National Defense Radio Establishment. Here, I didn't just manage the PMO; I transformed it, guiding a cohort of project managers and change leaders through the high-stakes domain of Signals Intelligence and spearheading our progression into a lean-agile powerhouse.

The prelude to my career resonated within the dynamic audio-visual (AV) sector, where my directive acumen catalyzed innovation in both consumer and corporate spheres. Steering product development, PMO, and general management, I orchestrated symphonies of success that echoed across the industry.

I have been delving into how Articial Intelligence can accelerate results. AI automates tedious tasks like scheduling meetings, generating reports, and managing documentation, freeing up program managers' time for strategic thinking and team leadership. 

Foresight is 20/20: AI analyzes project data to predict risks, resource needs, and potential delays, allowing program managers to take proactive measures and ensure projects stay on track.
